Emil Ruder

Emil Ruder wrote a book on typography which is called, “Typographie”. It was targeted mostly towards graphic designers in order to teach them new techniques through its visuals.

By giving factual evidence of the reasons behind the design, the reader truly learns by studying his artistic examples. It was continuously analyzed for fifty years and even on occasion in the present. He was able to communicate how to make a grid and stay consistent in a person’s design.
